ANXION WEBTECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", "Bizlify") operates the Bizlify brand, the bizlify.online website, and the Restaurant OS SaaS platform. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our site, use our platform, or operate a restaurant on Bizlify.
Information we collect
- Website visitors: contact form submissions (name, email, phone, restaurant details), analytics and server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed).
- Platform operators: account credentials, restaurant profile, billing and payout configuration.
- Restaurant staff: name, email, role assignments via restaurant admin.
- End customers (guests): phone number (OTP verification), name, delivery addresses, order history — collected on behalf of the restaurant tenant.
How we use information
We use data to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Restaurant OS platform
- Process orders, payments, and delivery dispatch on behalf of restaurants
- Respond to demo requests and support inquiries
- Send transactional notifications (order status, OTP codes)
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud
Data processors
We use trusted third-party services including hosting providers, Cashfree (payments), Pidge (delivery), SMS/OTP providers, and cloud storage. These processors handle data only as needed to deliver our services.
Restaurant tenants
Each restaurant on Bizlify is a separate data controller for its guest and staff data. Restaurant owners configure privacy policies shown to their guests in the ordering app. Bizlify acts as a data processor for tenant-operated guest data.
Retention
We retain account and order data for as long as the restaurant subscription is active and as required for legal, tax, and dispute resolution purposes.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing support@bizlify.online. Guest data requests should generally be directed to the restaurant you ordered from.
Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS), isolated tenant databases, role-based access controls, and industry-standard authentication practices.
