These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to Bizlify Restaurant OS ("Platform") and the bizlify.online website operated by ANXION WEBTECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("Bizlify", "we", "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Bizlify provides a multi-tenant software platform including guest ordering, restaurant administration, POS, KDS, payment facilitation, and related integrations. Features available to your account depend on your subscription plan and enabled plugins.
2. Accounts
Platform operators and restaurant staff must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Restaurant tenants
Restaurant owners are responsible for menu accuracy, pricing, tax compliance, food safety, delivery operations, and guest-facing legal content (privacy, refund, terms) displayed in their ordering apps.
4. Payments
Online guest payments may be processed via Cashfree or other configured gateways. Payouts to restaurants are subject to gateway rules, KYC, and commission terms agreed at onboarding. Bizlify is not a bank or licensed payment institution.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes or fraudulent transactions
- Attempt to access other tenants' data or bypass security controls
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our infrastructure
- Upload malware or infringing content
6. Intellectual property
Bizlify retains ownership of the Platform software, branding, and documentation. Restaurants retain ownership of their menu content, logos, and customer relationships. Guest apps are white-labelled with restaurant-provided assets.
7. Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages (payment gateways, delivery partners) may affect availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizlify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate per subscription agreement. We may suspend accounts for breach of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, access to the Platform ceases; data export may be available on request within a reasonable period.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
